Quality Procedures

Benchmark has devised its organisational procedures to ensure the highest standards in all its work. We hold the Market Research Quality Standards Association (MRQSA) award, otherwise known as the BS7911 Standard, although our own quality procedures were designed to offer the best standards, not simply meet the minimum specification. Clients are encouraged to review our Quality Procedures manual so they can see for themselves our commitment to quality.





Staff Development

Along with its parent company, Benchmark has been a recognised Iip company since 1996. The ability to identify training needs and meet the career aspirations of our staff is central to our view of strong people resources.


Telephone and Internet Technologies

Every year Benchmark conducts over 70,000 domestic and international telephone interviews through its in-house Computer Aided Telephone Unit (CATI). All interviewers are fully trained and supervised by a dedicated fieldwork supervisor in line with IQCS and MRQSA standards.

Benchmark also offers a full range of Computer Aided Web Interviewing (CAWI) and internet surveys through our internet research services, "Benchmark Online".
